This brought tears to my eyes. I never know what to say to the runners I see struggling, the ones who are fighting through. I don’t know how to tell them—quickly, in the moments we have, without sounding condescending or butting in on their personal space—the respect I have for them. That I’ve been there. That they’re doing something amazing. Yes—you are a true inspiration. I bow to you.

Previous weight: 226 Current Weight: 220
I’ve lost 6lbs. I am pleased with that, I’ve lost 6lbs, 10cm.
I’ve made it to my first GW of 220!!
Not only that but I’ve reached a UK goal, this means I’m below the 16 stone mark (224lbs)!
Then I want to reach my second US goal of below 200.
I’m so chuffed, I’ve not seen this side of 16 stone since I was about 16!
Time to get Serious. Goals for June will be to beat the loss of 6lbs. Beat the loss of 10cm. Preferably getting to my next goal (UK) of 15 stone which is 210lbs. OR to my next goal (US) of 200lbs.
I like using the different ways to measure, it breaks it down for me in easier chunks. My Manfriend bought me a new pair of gym trousers, they have butt support and they’re my favourite pair, they’re the dogs bollocks of ‘activity wear’, but mine are falling down (XL). They were either too big or too small. So he bought me a pair in Large, and they are so comfortable, and if I do say so myself, my butt looks positively grand in them, they also increase my confidence, because I know they’re helping shape me better and they’re comfortable. I don’t walk down the road yanking them back up all the time. They also hold in my spare tyre (waist). I’m wearing them this weekend in Leamington, which I’m looking forward to after the extra confidence boost! WHO’S LOSING WEIGHT IN JUNE????? tiny-gem:

It’s also useful it’s Friday as that was my usual weigh day. I had no credit to ring yesterday to book spin class this morning :( So I’ll just have to do my regular workout. Definately doing it next week.
Off to Leamington for the Queen Bee’s jubilee weekend! Happy 60th Ma’am! I can’t wait. Manfriends parents are going away so we have the house to ourselves. It’s the first time we’ve been alone since august last year!! As we live with my parents and stay with his when we visit, alone time is non existent! After I’ve weighed at the gym I’ll come back and write a summary of the month and also a new set of goals, or the same, depending on how I’ve done.
