&lt;p&gt;Last weigh in: 222.8lbs &lt;br/&gt;
This weigh in: 217.4lbs &lt;br/&gt;
Weight loss: 5.4lbs &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pretty pleased with that, my mum says she can see it, and after such a long plateau before, its nice to lose a chunk, Im aiming for a healthy 2lb loss a week, I lost quite a lot quite quickly in the beginning and now I have a slightly sagging skin tummy, so Im trying to reduce that by giving it time to readjust itself, I think its got better, and I want to start going to the gym to tone up. Also doing the squat challenge in February, I was just beginning to get a small C shaped but when I sprained my ankle and it went back to being flat. So in feb Ill be working on my butt. &lt;/p&gt;

I weighed Thursday and results are in.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Last Weigh in: 224.2lbs&lt;br/&gt;
This Weigh in: 222.8lbs&lt;br/&gt;
Loss of: 2.4lbs &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m pretty pleased with that, I&amp;#8217;ve been wearing my pedometer on placement and some days it&amp;#8217;s 11,000 odd steps, others its 8,000 odd, depends how busy it is. That&amp;#8217;s just while I&amp;#8217;m at placement, not to or from, or while I&amp;#8217;m at home. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When I was returning home yesterday, I stopped in a supermarket to get some groceries; on the way there were two girls handing out leaflets &amp;#8220;free day at the gym&amp;#8221; I heard them say so I took one, the one I took it from then turned to the other and went &amp;#8220;whoa&amp;#8221;. This really bugged me, is it really that suprising an obese person wants to go to a gym and lose weight? It really put me off. &lt;br/&gt;
So I&amp;#8217;m going to go, and see if I can find her and then use her as a weight to bench press with, because I could without breaking a sweat. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As that gym is on the way to and from work, it&amp;#8217;ll be easier to go to instead of the one nearest me. &lt;br/&gt;
We&amp;#8217;ve got about 4/5 inches of snow here, walking in it is a workout in itself! Luckily I&amp;#8217;m a sensible English person who wears the right shoes and I have tracks to put on them making it easier. People nock us for not being able to hack it when other countries have no problem, we get it 2 weeks a year, if that! Our only defence is salt or the odd snow plow for main motorways, so back off. &lt;p&gt;Standing 5 ft 1 in tall. I know it’s little for one year but I’m happy that there is progress.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I started going to the gym on March 2012. It was an up and down journey but never stopped going to the gym (okay, maybe in May because I had to leave the country where my gym is). There were months when I didn’t lose any weight because I didn’t know how to handle my diet but now I try to eat less and be conscious of what I eat. I also make sure that I don’t miss working out. I don’t work out everyday but I make sure that I’m active with physical work, once you start you don’t want to get rusty. I just know that I don’t need to sweat to lose a few calories because there are days when you just exceed calories taken in (gotta be scared of the smallest things, you don’t want to keep it in your body for the next day just to add some more). Before I do anything I like to think if there are ways I can lose or just not gain any weight from it. I’m no fitness health whatever expert but this fixed idea that I AM GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT helps a lot. &lt;/p&gt;
